Tooling & Design Support
Siemens NX for part and print design and CAD-CAM. EKK and Magmasoft for mold flow modeling. Cimatron for fixture, tool, and mold build (CATIA and Pro-E compatible). Rapid prototyping in house.
Machining & Assembly
High speed machining centers and CNC lathes. Robotic automation and cobots on select cells. High volume production cells for repeatable, high-mix parts. Leak test, wash, and assembly cells for finished components.
